Davidsen has more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience. His diverse background has enabled him to provide numerous national and regional corporations with real estate solutions, including acquisition and disposition services and strategic advisory and consulting expertise.
Davidsen began his career working for Lanier Business Products as the Corporate Real Estate Manager for the BSD Division. During his time with Lanier, he completed over 120 transactions including the 80,000 square foot Division Headquarters. In 1988, he transitioned to commercial real estate working for Portman Barry Investments as their Senior Real Estate Manager. His duties included the management and tenant construction of a 1.6 million square foot portfolio. In 1995, Davidsen accepted the position of Vice President – Senior Real Estate Manager with Koll Real Estate Services. His duties for this 4.2 million square foot portfolio included rezoning, building sales, leasing, construction management and budget/financial analysis. CB Richard Ellis merged with Koll in 1997, this merger has allowed Davidsen to service his clients on an international level and dedicate himself to the tenant representation service. Davidsen is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, NACORE, and sits on the executive committee of both Energy Alliance and BOMA. He earned his B.S. degree from St. Cloud State University.
