He is a licensed Realtor based in his hometown of Newport, Rhode Island. Kevan has owned various businesses on Aquidneck Island including one restaurant he owned and operated for 25 years. He has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Aquidneck Island business environment as well as the local business owners and the various political communities on the island.
Kevan was also the National Operations manager for a locally based international manufacturing company and participated in the development of one of the first manufacturing and distribution centers in the Aquidneck Corporate Park.
