Kevin has over 25 years experience in the UK property market starting his career in the West end and City markets for Colliers CRE. He joined Vail Williams in 1998, heading up the Transactional division. Throughout his career Kevin has handled Acquisition and Disposal work and built a strong corporate client base for whom he now specializes in providing strategic portfolio advice . Such clients include: Jacobs, Dell Computers, Shoosmiths, Reckitt Benckiser, Airspan Communications, Golder Associates, Segro, Surrey County Council, Verizon, and Hutchison Three to name but a few.
