Kevin Cosca has specialized in commercial real estate in Phoenix, Arizona since joining CB Richard Ellis as the head of the Industrial Research Department in December of 1996. In 1997, Kevin moved from the research department and began working with two top producers, Greg White and Pete Wentis, in the Phoenix Office''''s Industrial Specialty focusing on tenant and landlord representation. In 1998, Kevin partnered with Pete Wentis and has never looked back. Focusing on Industrial Real Estate, Kevin and Pete use their combined 27 years experience on a daily basis to advise their clients through the intricacies of commercial real estate. The teams of Kevin and Pete have worked throughout the Phoenix Industrial Market representing both landlords and tenants in lease transactions, sales transactions, build-to-suit transactions, and speculative industrial development.
