Kevin Cosgrove joined Stream in 2013 and now serves as Senior Vice President within the firm’s industrial division. In this role, he executes industrial and land transactions for local and national clients in San Antonio and expands Stream’s industrial leasing portfolio in Central Texas. Other responsibilities include tenant representation, investment sales, and acquisition/disposition services. He currently leases over 4 million square feet of industrial product and has represented clients, including Clarion Partners, Prologis, USAA Real Estate, TA Advisors, AEW, Nuveen, and Jackson Shaw. While at Stream, Kevin has completed over 300 transactions totaling over $420 million in consideration.
Kevin joined Stream as an intern, assisting the leasing and development teams with research and analysis of San Antonio’s office and industrial markets.
