Bio
Kevin Danby - Real Estate Broker
I'm a Real Estate Broker here in Connecticut.
I first became licensed as a Realtor in 2016; however, my career in real estate started much earlier than that. In fact, it spans from 1982 to date. Beginning in the early 1980’s, I began building a portfolio of investment properties which included single family homes, multi family homes, mixed use properties, commercial properties, and tracts of land; all of which I managed up until I retired in 2015. After retiring, I transitioned from a business that owned real estate and distributed fuel throughout CT & NY into real estate full time, and I must say that I love what I do; more so, because I get to use the experience that I acquired throughout the years to help my clients make better informed decisions with their real estate needs. And, it’s been very gratifying throughout the years to be able to provide guidance to those who are purchasing their first home to companies that want to grow their commercial portfolio like I once did. Please let me know how I can put my experience to work for you.

Robert Clermont - Real Estate Broker / Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser
I'm a Real Estate Broker/Appraiser based in Meriden, CT.
I began my career in real estate as an investor in 1990. Throughout my investment career, I have owned roughly 40 properties, most of which have been sold; however, I’m now able to use my experience to help my clients.
In 1998, I decided to make a career change from tax and financial accounting into real estate. In an effort to learn more about real estate investing, I went back to school, and I received my appraisal license in 1998 and my real estate license in 2004.
Throughout the years, my appraisal firm, ValueQuest Appraisal has appraised a little more than 10,000 properties throughout the state. I have also had the pleasure of helping start the Connecticut Association of Real Estate Appraisers aka CARA where I also served as its past president and government liaison officer. This role was extremely rewarding in the sense that I was able to help unite the appraisal profession as well as play a role in developing the laws and policies that the profession abides by today. In addition to my involvement with CARA, I have also served as the contract review appraiser for HUD from 2009 to 2021 whereby I developed forensic field reviews for appraisals for quality control purposes, policy changes, waste, and cases involving suspected fraud.
In 2015, I began my transition out of real estate appraising into real estate sales/brokerage. Between me and the other realtors in my office, I’m proud to say that we have handled more than 500 real estate transactions throughout the state to date. These transactions range from renting an efficiency apartment to handling million dollar home sales to multi million dollar commercial real estate deals. More importantly, myself and the other Realtors in our office are able to use our wide range of experiences to help our future clients make the best informed decision possible when it comes to their real estate needs.
