During the crash, my largest sale was a $53.8M shopping center. The same client purchased a bulk condo package and 10 short sale condos from me. He's still a loyal client today! My quickest sale was via Skype to a former Hollywood actress that purchased sight unseen. Check out the YouTube link below to hear the message she left me. I also appeared on the HGTV show "Live Here Buy This" and they filmed on Palm Beach island and at the Ritz on Singer Island. Prior to real estate, I was in the tech field and built the first laser launched in space (top secret). I was targeted by a Russian KGB agent while he was at United Technologies in 1993 and helped the FBI take down a NYC based spy ring. I plan to write a book soon (like the Red Sparrow)!
