Kevin joined Collins Commercial Corporation, now DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in 2001. Kevin began his career with Grubb & Ellis Company in Anaheim, California office in 1995 where he was a transaction professional associate on Stadium Plaza, a Spieker Properties project, Catellus Development and the disposition of the Kraft Foods’ sites in Buena Park and Anaheim and Security Capital Industrial Investments in Buena Park. Kevin then transferred to the Grubb & Ellis Ontario office in 1998. Kevin now focuses on the Inland Empire market and has worked with such companies as Princeland Properties, USA, Corman Leigh Communities, Waste Management, Wal-Mart, Master Development Corp., Amresco, Covenant Development, Bergman Construction & Development, FiSeve, ProLogis Solutions, Inc. and the State of California. Kevin has done consulting work for both the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City of Fontana’s planning and economic development departments. Previous to coming to Grubb & Ellis Company, Kevin worked for a developer and environmental remediation company, concentrating on the purchase, remediation, development and disposition of environmentally impacted properties (Brownfields). Previous to that Kevin worked for Laidlaw Environmental and Hazardous Waste Company as a consultant and estimator. Kevin was ranked among Collins Commercial Corporation’s “top-ten professionals” five of the past seven years and was a member of Collins Commercial President’s Club prior to Collins Commercial being acquired by DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services.
