Kevin is a seasoned commercial real estate broker focused on retail leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Some of Kevin's select retail tenant clients include Grocery Outlet, Victory Brewing, AFC Urgent Care, Driven Brands, For Eyes, THRIVE Vet Care, Sprint, Solidcore, Golftec, Farm Stores, Melting Pot, Supercuts, and Sobol.

Kevin is a native of Woodbury, New Jersey and a proud graduate of St. Augustine Prep in Richland, New Jersey. He went on to attend Villanova University where he was a 3 year starting goaltender for the Villanova Ice Hockey team and served as the President of Villanova’s Real Estate Society. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys golfing, time with friends & family, traveling, and spending summers down the shore. Kevin currently resides in Southern New Jersey with his wife Ali, their daughter Everly, and their dog Georgia.
Kevin is an active supporter of the Be The Match Bone Marrow Foundation and Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation.
