Kevin Held joined SRS in 2022 as vice president in the San Diego office as part of the National Net Lease Group. With 26 years of experience, Kevin most recently was with Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on the sale of single-tenant net-leased retail properties nationwide, as well as shopping centers in Southern California. He also has experience in national retail tenant and landlord representation, including lease extensions and restructuring. He works with 1031 exchange buyers to acquire replacement properties and has closed more than $1 billion retail triple-net investment transactions across his career.
