A virtual native of Arizona, Kevin has been involved in the Phoenix area business community for over 25 years. With over 18 years of commercial real estate experience and 15 years in the hospitality industry, Kevin continues to offer his clients a unique combination of exemplary customer service and value-added commercial real estate solutions.
Kevin serves his client-base in a variety of roles including consulting, brokerage, and real property development. His background as a senior consultant in Ernst & Young’s National Real Estate Practice coupled with years of practical experience in real estate development and commercial brokerage gives Kevin keen insight into the state’s market trends, making him uniquely qualified to serve his client’s needs.
Kevin obtained his undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from Northern Arizona University, graduating with highest honors from both programs. Kevin gives back to his community in a variety of ways including serving as a member of The Salvation Army Kroc Center South Mountain Advisory Council where he is chairperson of the finance committee.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Kevin was the President/Designated Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance West where he managed the day-to-day business of the commercial brokerage company while concurrently completing commercial real estate transactions for his clients.
