Having been employed in both private and public sector organizations, Kevin presents a dynamic set of experiences to draw from. Additionally, he has advised tenants throughout Oregon, southwest Washington, and major markets across the nation.
Background
Prior to CBRE, Kevin worked for the U.S. General Services Administration, where he was assigned to complex and sensitive project management, lease enforcement and negotiations for a variety of federal agencies and a regional portfolio of 1.5MSF. Prior to joining GSA, Kevin was a part of publicly-traded Hollywood Video’s Asset Management group where he assisted in the national expansion of Hollywood Video’s Game Crazy chain into over 700 stores. Upon his departure, Kevin oversaw the lease administration and management of 2MSF of leased space.
