Professionally, you will find him collaborating with clients and customers in and around the beautiful Mount Washington Valley and Western Maine. He believes an active and community-based lifestyle is worth living in and enjoying the Mount Washington Valley is all about. As past co-owner of the Red Jersey Cyclery in Glen, NH, he has built his reputation by listening to his customer’s individual needs and fulfilling them. As he often says: “It’s all about customer service…, 85% of my clients are second homeowners, or future second homeowners. Recreation is paramount to them. That is why they are here… That’s why I live here… My clients feel this common connection, making it easy to relate to one another.” The greatest compliment he can receive as a realtor, are referrals from his past clients, it is a sign of a job well done. He is fortunate that a great portion of his business comes from his existing base. For that he is thankful and continue to assist buyers and sellers to the best of his abilities. He is also familiar with the construction process. From site development to general contracting, he is constantly working with local contractors to assist his clients with their individual needs. It can be overwhelming to some of his clients to think of remodeling a home or building an addition to their current home, especially if they are 120 miles away. He has this knowledge from his personal investments in residential and commercial real estate to guide people through the process. He has the local connections and references that can make the process move forward smoothly. This is another value-added service that he brings to the real estate table. The development of real estate is very familiar to him. He is a true believer of the phrase “Lead by example”. This gives him the firsthand knowledge of products, pricing, zoning and contractors that are available in the marketplace today. The Mt Washington Valley and Western Maine are great places to invest in real estate. He is a prime example of this and believe in that 100%. Contributing to the community is also a priority of his. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors of the Jackson Ski Touring Foundation, a local non-profit organization that maintains the Nordic trail system in Jackson. As a member of the Conway Recreational access committee, he is working with community leaders to secure public access to State and National forests for recreation in the region. As a member of two Jackson Selectmen Subcommittee’s, he is helping to develop land uses and oversee the location and design of future municipal buildings in his community. He is a long-time organizing member of the Hannes Schneider Meister Cup Race at Mt. Cranmore and a faithful volunteer at all the Collegiate and local Nordic ski races held in Jackson, the Red Parka Pub Challenge Cup at Attitash, as well as a sponsor of the local bike club MWVelo and the local chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association. Additionally, he is a past board member of the Mount Washington Valley Economic Council, the North Conway Community Center’s annual Mud bowl, and the founder of the Red Jersey Summer Mountain Bike Race Series, the longest continuous mountain bike race series in the country.
