Kevin provides tenant representation and consulting services to commercial real estate users in Houston, throughout the United States, and around the world.
Clients include leading professional services, energy, engineering, and private equity companies. For those clients, Kevin leads transactions ranging in size from 1,000 SF to 1,000,000+ SF. Transactions range in sophistication from short-term leases for newly formed companies, to anchor-tenant leases kicking off new skyscrapers, to complex structured finance projects for corporate users, to one of the largest private land sales in United States history. Kevin is widely regarded as a “go-to” advisor, powerful connector, and relentless advocate who provides unique insights from recent experience working alongside the world’s most creative and dynamic real estate users. Clients value his responsiveness and ability to communicate clearly and concisely. In 2022, Kevin was named the Broker of Year by NAIOP Houston, the highest local honor a tenant representative can receive. The Houston Business Journal and NAOIP have recognized Kevin multiple times for work completed on behalf of clients. Kevin is regularly recognized as a top performer for CBRE locally and globally. As a Vice Chairman, Kevin is one of approximately 200 CBRE professionals among the firm’s 105,000 employees to earn the company’s top producer title. Kevin serves on the Executive Committee of the CBRE Law Firm Practice Group, which is a select group of the top CBRE professionals with extensive experience representing the world’s largest law firms in real estate planning and execution. Kevin began his commercial real estate career in 2007 as an attorney in the real estate section of a large corporate law firm where he negotiated and managed real estate transactions for clients leasing, buying, and selling assets. This unique background and training leads to superior outcomes for his clients. Kevin and his wife Brittany have two young daughters. Their family is heavily involved in a number of local Houston charities, including The Center for Pursuit, Inprint, the Anti-Defamation League, among other state-wide and national civic endeavors.
