Kevin M. Levine is Executive Vice President of Peak Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage with its corporate office in Woodland Hills, California. Mr. Levine also is Executive Vice President of Peak 1031 Exchange, a tax-deferred exchange qualified intermediary that he founded in 2003.
Previously, Mr. Levine was a broker at Marcus & Millichap specializing in retail investment properties. He gained his practical understanding of the financial industry at Merrill Lynch where he began his professional career, and subsequently as an auditor for the State of California.
Levine has managed Peak Commercial since 2001, and oversees an experienced team of commercial agents that he has recruited and trained. His expertise includes retail, industrial and office properties. Levine and his team have been involved in over $700,000,000 in transactions.
At Peak 1031 Exchange, he coordinates all transactions and counsels clients regarding 1031 exchanges. He was featured as a 1031 exchange expert in a 2007 L.A. Direct article titled “Power Brokers.”
