Kevin McGonegal has been in commercial brokerage since 1988, serving primarily New Castle County, Delaware. Specializing in the sale and lease of office properties, general commercial properties, land and investment properties, his experience encompasses a wide range of property types and uses. Clients have included the State of Delaware, City of Wilmington, PNC Bank, Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, Bestfield Properties, Connections CSP and numerous small business owners and investors.
Prior to his real estate career, McGonegal served under three Mayors for the City of Wilmington, Delaware, including as Mayor’s Chief of Staff and Director of Office of Management and Budget. He is currently on the Board of Downtown Visions, the business improvement district for the City of Wilmington and is past President of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of New Castle County.
