Kevin's career in commercial real estate has lasted more than 25 years, and he has extensive professional experience that includes tenant representation, portfolio management, investment sales, agency leasing, land sales, and other real estate disciplines. Kevin has handled transactions for Fortune 100 companies needing a national headquarters, and small local companies needing office space. In his Tenant Advisory capacity he is an expert with traditional office space, call centers, and data centers. Also, he has syndicated the purchase of multiple properties with his investors, and been responsible in the development of various types of commercial real estate.
