Kevin Mitchell, Esq. joined Savills in 2017 as a corporate advisor to Fortune 500 companies and Am Law 100 law firms. As a tenured broker, Kevin understands the unique interests of the corporate occupier and provides valuable insight and professional expertise over a broad range of complex facility-related needs and objectives. Much of his vast experience is with corporate facility lease negotiations and restructures, purchase and sale transactions, land sales, acquisitions and full- scale build-to-suit assignments. Kevin is highly regarded for his ability to accurately prognosticate and analyze landlord motivations, and utilize effective negotiation tactics. He uses his insight to create and implement strategies that maximize economic savings on behalf of his corporate clients while ensuring their short- and long-term operational objectives are fully realized. Kevin has provided professional leadership and support on behalf of major corporations and professional service firms throughout the country. Prior to joining Savills, Kevin was both a Principal and Member of the Board for Cresa Orange County throughout a 14-year span. He also was a senior associate at The Staubach Company, where he gained valuable experience as he progressed in his career. Along with his years of experience, Kevin brings a client-friendly approach to all of his business proceedings and relationships. Kevin is a member of the New York State and the District of Columbia Bars. He is also on the Board of the Association of Corporate Growth and an active member of Project SELF of the Orange County Bar Foundation, placing qualified high school juniors in law firms and law-related businesses. Professionally, Kevin has been recognized by multiple companies for his work in real estate. The Irvine Company, Prologis, and Kilroy all named Kevin their ‘Broker of the Year’ and CoreNet presented him and his team with the ‘Innovative Project Award’ for their work with Hyundai Motor America.
