Kevin O'Hanlon, Associate of Investments with Marcus & Millichap specializes in the Investment Sales of Net Leased assets nationwide. Mr. O'Hanlon is a member of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and National Net Leased Properties Group. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. O'Hanlon joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 and throughout his tenure has established a reputable list of clients which include some of the nation's largest institutional real estate companies, private and publicly traded REIT's, private equity funds, private family offices and high-net worth individuals as a member of the The Issenberg Britti Group based out of the Miami office. For the past two years, Mr. O'Hanlon has consistently held over $100 million in marketable net leased inventory.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. O'Hanlon was a project manager for a financial software company in New York and was an entrepreneur. Mr. O'Hanlon graduated from Binghamton University in Vestal, NY earning a Bachelor of Science in Management from the university's School of Management, including dual concentrations in Finance and Consulting.
