A native of Atlanta, GA and a graduate of the University of Alabama, Kevin has been involved in commercial real estate since 2009. He began his career as an intern at the Alabama Center for Real Estate and earned the “Student of the Year” Award through IREM. He was in Property Management for four years before joining Engel as a Commercial Leasing Representative in 2014. After two years in brokerage, he was promoted to Vice President – Commercial Management, and oversees the effective management of over a 1 million SF portfolio consisting of Office, Industrial, and Retail properties.
Kevin was the youngest person in Alabama to earn his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, and is currently pursuing his CCIM as well. He is married, and enjoys outdoor activities including golf, camping, and fishing.
