Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the real estate business and has also been an MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) since 1994. Kevin has been a licensed real estate broker since 1985 and has provided corporate real estate services for such companies as Owens Corning, Nortel, State Farm and FedEx. Kevin also managed the First Data Corporation national account. In representing First Data and its Western Union, TeleCheck, First Image and First Health business units, transactions totaling in excess of 1,000,000 square feet were completed over a four (4) year period.
Kevin is currently the National Account Manager for Community Health Systems (CHS). The CresaPartners Team at CHS is currently providing lease administration, transaction management, strategic planning, lease document preparation and Fair Market reporting. To date the CresaPartners Team has completed transactions totaling 1.6 million square feet with tangible Value Added to the Client of over $3.5 million. The CresaPartners Team has also generated over 1,800 lease documents.
