Kevin began his business career in 2013 working as an automotive salesperson for BMW and Mercedes-Benz while simultaneously working his way through college on evenings and weekends. In 2015 Kevin graduated from Fordham University with a bachelors degree in business management. With a growing interest real estate and construction, Kevin decided to leave his sales position and volunteer for Habit for Humanity to gain a free construction education which he would later use to buy, renovate, and sell single family homes. This experience led Kevin to begin working with some of the local builders/contractors on the ground floor as a laborer and painter. Kevin quickly worked his way up to become a project manager and learned to excel at managing the trades. Due to his ability to learn quickly and get projects done on time, more opportunities began to present themselves. As Kevin’s network expanded, he became involved in large commercial projects as well as luxury residential new construction homes. While working on these projects, Kevin was fortunate enough to source and finance several value-add deals of his own. Kevin later caught the attention of a Westchester based residential home investing company and began managing many renovations to help the company scale its business. In just a matter of a few years, Kevin has renovated over 50 houses, built 5+ new high-end houses (3 of which were waterfront beach homes), and managed over 5 million dollars worth of commercial construction
