Kevin joined the Sutton Real Estate team in 2004 as a Leasing Agent for the company’s residential properties, and quickly moved into the role of Property Manager. He is currently responsible for the management of four residential apartment complexes, two mixed-use properties, an office park and one retail plaza. Kevin graduated from Niagara University in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Commerce, majoring in both Marketing and Human Resources. In 2007, he received his New York Real Estate License. Some of his key accomplishments include the sale of several multifamily properties, the sale of a 53-acre mobile park, as well as numerous lease agreements. Kevin currently holds the designation of Accredited Real Estate Manager.
