Born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, Kim Ferraro has been surrounded by the Greenwich real estate market her entire life. She has been a Greenwich Realtor since 2003 and holds an impressive sales record. Kim's knowledge and passion for real estate along with her personal nature has given her the cutting edge over other professionals in the business.
She graduated from the Parson's School of Design interior design program. Her creativity and talent for finding homes with potential has provided Kim with the natural ability to renovate, design and build residential homes.
Kim is a member of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Greenwich Historical Society.
Prior to her real estate career, Kim held various positions in marketing and sales along with program administration within the entertainment educational field at UCLA. Her interests range from travel to fine arts, music, and literature.
