Ms. Calabrano began her career in commercial real estate with The Staubach Company, owned and operated by Roger Staubach. As a successful Tenant advocate, she represented Tenants in office, industrial, and retail properties. She completed multiple large headquarters, regional office, and industrial transactions for her clients, including William Hezmalhalch & Nextel’s Corporate headquarters moves. Her commitment to the client and a tenacious and creative attitude toward fulfilling client needs has resulted in her long-term success. She has completed assignments nationwide ranging in size from 8,000 to 120,000 SF for any single transaction. With over twenty years of commercial real estate market experience, Ms. Calabrano adds value to her clients through her expertise and extensive capability with the following services: local, regional, or headquarters leases or purchases, office, industrial, and retail sales and investment purchases; land acquisition and disposition; and multi-city site selection. Prior to her position as Vice President of Retail accounts for Vanguard, Ms. Calabrano was the Director of Real Estate for Atlas Properties in Southern California. She was responsible for all aspects of the leasing components in Atlas’ portfolio. Their largest center being 340, 000 square feet. She possesses a well-rounded understanding of lease and sale transactions. Ms. Calabrano’s strength is her ability to navigate complex situations, anticipate and plan for future needs, listen to the client’s direction, present and implement creative solutions, provide comprehensive and compelling financial strategies, streamline delivery, and provide outstanding results and consistent service to her clients.
