Mrs. Daniel has worked in commercial real estate since 2005, specializing in land acquisitions and industrial facilities. She''s an associate broker for Power Realty Partners, a full service brokerage firm, concentrating in landlord and tenant representation. Kim’s comprehensive commercial real-estate sales experience spans land, retail, office, and industrial arenas.
She started her career in land acquisitions with a large residential developer, JD Brooks. The relationships she’s made over the years with builders and mixed-use developers greatly benefit her clients today.
Kim has an aggressive marketing approach that gets results for her clients. She''s backed by 30 years of sales and marketing experience, and held various positions with AT&T, including Director of Sales. Her contributions at AT&T earned her the National Circle of Excellence Sales Achievement Award for four consecutive years.
Kim is a licensed Commercial Broker in Georgia with extensive commercial training, and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Most recently, Kim was awarded Power Realty’s Community Service Award.
