Kim has her SIOR Office and Industrial designation. She has over 25 years of Commercial Real Estate experience representing businesses in Pittsburgh and over 200 U.S. markets launching her own Tenant/Buyer Representation firm over 11 years ago.
Kim spends a lot of time in the technology sector representing robotics, AI, big data, machine learning, switch/data centers, SCIF locations, build to suits, laboratories, office, retail, land, distribution, manufacturing and industrial portfolios for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Kim has achieved the SIOR Office and Industrial designation awarded by SIOR: Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Kim is also a LEED AP which prestigious designation is awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council.
