Bio
In 2009, while still a full-time elementary teacher, Kim obtained her real estate license. She worked part-time in the real estate business until her retirement from teaching in 2014. At that point, Kim transitioned to a full-time realtor and went on to earn her Broker license in 2015. She loves helping people find homes they can enjoy for years to come and assisting sellers with the marketing and sale of their properties. In the spring of 2016, Kim, along with Lacetta Isenberg and Sherri Judisch, all brokers, joined forces to open 1st Choice Realty in Conrad.
With over 30 years dedicated to teaching elementary school, Kim spent her career helping students achieve their best while adhering to the Golden Rule. Her philosophy for assisting clients in buying or selling real estate follows this same principle—treating others the way she would want to be treated.
Having called Conrad her home for over 35 years, Kim has a deep love for the Golden Triangle Area and its people. She and her family enjoy boating and experiencing Montana’s natural beauty. Kim is active in the Conrad Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the Chamber Board of Directors and is currently the 1st Vice President. In this role, she helps promote local businesses and assists in organizing and working at community events. Kim also supports local events and schools, serves as a Damsel in Defense Independent Consultant, participates in her local church, organizes a pinochle group, and enjoys connecting with people and helping others.
