Kim Shore has been coming up with “out of the box” approaches and solutions for her clients millions of square feet in commercial and residential real estate transactions for over 15 years. Kim has played an integral role in advising clients, including office, retail users and real estate developers, identifying off-market opportunities, throughout Greater Los Angeles.
Kim’s extensive experience includes multiple office and retail portfolios, in Los Angeles and Nationally. Combining Landlord and Tenant representation with her thorough and practiced experience, Kim’s client-first mentality is essential for creating comfort and trust in knowing their interests are her sole priority.
Prior to Compass, Kim worked as a Leasing Specialist for UCLA real estate, Director of Leasing for GE Capital Corp/R & B Commercial, and Senior Broker Associate for Tishman West, Colliers Seeley and others.
In addition to her commercial experience, Kim has acquired, developed, designed and sold over $40 million of single-family homes in the best areas throughout Los Angeles. Including, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Westwood, and Cheviot Hills.
Kim is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which only and estimated 6% of all real estate professionals hold. Some of her recent leasing transactions include collaborations with clients such as Happy Socks in Century City and Silverlake, the FeedFeed in Downtown L.A. Arts District, Kale Me Crazy in West Hollywood and Angeles Academy of Music in Westwood Village.
Having two teenage daughters, she has first-hand knowledge of independent and public schools. Kim is also a member of Screen Actors Guild, holds a first-degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a PADI certified Scuba Diver. She participates in multiple charities which focus on Children, local schools, Veteran and Homeless causes.
