Kim and her husband Russ were both raised in Norfolk. They graduated from Norfolk Senior High. From there Kim graduated from Hastings College with a double major in Communications and Human Resources with an emphasis in Public Relations and Marketing. Around 1999 they moved back to Norfolk to raise their family. Norfolk has been a great community for them and they love doing their part to help it continue to grow!
