For over 15 years, I've worked in different avenues of real estate, from partnering with builders in new home communities, to renovating properties for profits to helping clients find their "forever" home! I am licensed in both Colorado and Florida, where I work extensively with investors - from big projects to short-term rentals, both buying and selling.
