Kimberly Hartzog came to CBRE through the acquisition of Peloton Commercial Real Estate’s San Antonio Operations in August 2018. Kimberly has worked in promotions, research, and database management for several decades, excelling at target market cultivation and earned media. She is responsible for organizing and understanding collections of market information, from which she drafts custom day-to-day analyses and publishes quarterly market reports. The research and analysis provide a basis for timely content curation, which has established Peloton Commercial Real Estate as a Subject Matter Expert. Kimberly is co-coordinator of the local commercial real estate Marketing & Research Group developing and cultivating relationships within the local brokerage support community.
