Kimberly Monk joined Transwestern in June of 2014. Kimberly works with Transwestern professionals in performing marketing and administrative assignments for the Healthcare Property Services Team with a portfolio of 2.2 million square feet. Kimberly exhibits not only legendary customer service when communicating with tenants, prospects, owners and vendors, but also focuses on productivity and results. She is a strong believer in promoting a team philosophy.
Kimberly brings over fourteen years of graphics and multimedia experience. Prior to joining Transwestern, Kimberly worked as a marketing coordinator for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in San Antonio, Texas where she assisted in producing marketing materials including flyers, signs and offering memorandums, developing client-oriented interpretations and graphics of market trends and other sales aids. Kimberly also served as a multimedia specialist with DenMar Services where she was directly responsible for graphic support, media encoding, video teleconferencing and production.
