Kimberly Noack, MBA is a member of Team Noack at The Klabin Company and also serves as Vice President. Team Noack is a family group of experts — comprised of Kimberly, her father Warren, and her brother Travis — with 60-plus years of combined experience in the industrial marketplace. Team Noack specializes in the sale, leasing and development of industrial properties throughout Southern California.
Specializing in industrial sales and leasing, development projects and investment sale opportunities, Kimberly has the market knowledge and experience to service the full spectrum of commercial transactions. Kimberly also provides exceptional attention to details and enjoys the problem-solving aspects of a transaction. She is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) and the Beta Gamma Sigma Academic Honorary Society.
Kimberly and her husband enjoy boating and hiking with their dog, Milo. She has successfully controlled her Type I Diabetes since age 5 and is passionate about exercise and eating healthy. She has participated in the Rock n’ Roll Half Marathon in Las Vegas three times. Kimberly also enjoys the performing arts and regularly attends performances with family.
