I deal in real estate but my real business is PEOPLE.
As a Realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or concern. It is my goal to provide quality service to build relationships with my clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals and repeat business.
I am licensed in both Illinois and Kentucky. I am the Designated Managing Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Advantage in Metropolis servicing Southern Illinois. I am also a licensed Sales Associate in Kentucky servicing Western Kentucky with the RE/MAX Realty Group located in Paducah. During my tenure with RE/MAX I have received several awards and obtained my C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) and Fair Housing Certifications.
I have an extensive history in new construction. My husband and I were general contractors in Ohio building custom homes. I enjoyed working directly with our clients and assisting in their selections for their homes interiors.
