Kinsley earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and completed her Masters of Business Administration at The University of Southern Mississippi. During her undergraduate years, she was an athlete on the Volleyball team at USM and was also a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Kinsley's overarching goal is to lead by example, fostering a tenacious team driven by success in any position she holds.
