Mr. Lange specializes in representing individuals, businesses and property owners in the leasing and sales of office properties in the greater Sacramento area. His background and real estate experience enable him to provide his clients with a unique perspective regarding commercial real estate opportunities. During his 34-year career at Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Lange has negotiated more than 1,000 transactions with a combined lease and sales volume exceeding $1.5 billion.
Since joining Newmark in 1986, Mr. Lange has developed strong relationships with a wide variety of clients, including major international corporations and locally owned businesses. Many of his clients have retained his services for multiple transactions over the years.
