Kirsten Becker, has over 20 years’ experience within the real estate industry working with some of the nation’s largest commercial developers and retailers. She has contributed to numerous commercial and residential real estate developments throughout the Tampa Bay market. With an emphasis on master planned communities and retail power centers.
She developed expert skills in land acquisition and property assemblage at Morin Development Group. In addition to being responsible for leasing and negotiating terms with “Class A” retail product, Ms. Becker focused on large complex property assemblage for “mixed-use development” comprised of more than 30M in land sales.
She also assisted in all aspects of mixed-use development to include site selection, marketing, development, financing, construction, entitlement issues and zoning. She has formed her own brokerage company Tampa Bay Real Estate Company which performs general commercial and residential real estate services.
