For over a decade, Krestina Babamuratova has been coming up with ‘out of the box’ approaches and solutions for her clients’ millions of square feet in commercial real estate transactions. Since joining Savills Orange County office in 2017, Krestina has played an integral role in advising corporations with their workplace strategies, operational logistics, facilities management, financial forecasting and lease negotiations. As a member of Savills Industrial Services Group (ISG), Krestina is specifically focused on users of space and utilizes proven, laser-focused tools that leverage her clients in the negotiation process of leases, buys and builds. With both a local and national market insight, Krestina is able to develop creative and innovative solutions for her clients in Southern California and across state lines. Before she joined Savills, Krestina spent 10 years with Cresa and eventually became Vice President of the firm’s Orange County office. Combined with all of her thorough and practiced experience, Krestina’s client-first mentality is essential for creating a zero-conflict, smooth transaction that optimally benefits her clients financially and operationally.
