Kris DePree has been a commercial Realtor for over 30 years. He founded Focus Properties, Inc. in 1987 as a firm that would specialize in commercial real estate in the lakeshore area. Since that time, Focus Properties, Inc. has grown to become one of the foremost commercial real estate firms in West Michigan.As more local companies were becoming global, Kris saw the need to join a worldwide network and became an affiliate office of Colliers International, giving us a global reach.
