In my role as the Business Development & Content Strategy Manager for the Northeast Strategic Projects Team, I collaborate with various teams across the Northeast Region, including marketing, research, brokerage, and leadership. Working alongside the Director of Business Development and Strategic Resources for the region, my primary focus is on shaping content strategy for business development initiatives and high-profile property campaigns.
I also engage with regional and local marketing and research team members to craft effective marketing strategies and toolkits for social media and PR. Additionally, I play a key role in identifying new marketing opportunities to enhance brand awareness and secure new business.
Before taking on this role, I served as the Marketing & Client Manager for the Colliers Boston Leasing Department. In this capacity, I oversaw all marketing efforts for leasing teams, spanning Suburban, Urban, Cambridge, and Life Science sectors. My responsibilities included providing creative direction for marketing strategies, spearheading business development initiatives for both tenant and landlord prospects, and coordinating property marketing campaigns. I was also accountable for project positioning, social media management, event planning, branding, advertising, and all other marketing aspects within the leasing department.
Prior to joining Colliers, I spent five years at Country Sun Realty, an independent real estate agency in Rockland County, New York. In my role as Sales Administrative Assistant and Licensed Salesperson, I coordinated sales and lease agreements, managed online listings, created marketing materials, and initiated the redesign of the company’s website and social media presence.
