As Senior Vice President for Madison Marquette’s Central Region, Kristie Luby is responsible, for overseeing all aspects of operations, including asset management, property management, engineering, and construction management for a region of approximately 13 million square feet. One of Ms. Luby’s key initiatives in her role is to enhance the current training programs for the management teams in addition to providing ongoing support and resources. During her near 16-year tenure in the real estate industry, Ms. Luby has earned the trust of her clients which range from large institutional groups to individual owners. She prides herself on her dedication to helping clients meet their goals by ensuring their assets are managed at the highest level possible.
Ms. Luby began her career in the real estate industry working in an owner-managed environment for a small privately held development group in Austin, Texas. Since joining Madison Marquette in 2006 as a Commercial Property Manager, Ms. Luby has been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility due to her proven dedication, thoughtful leadership and strong work ethic.
Ms. Luby believes in taking an ownership interest in managing any asset and promoting team support to achieve her client’s goals and expectations. Ms. Luby has also successfully overseen numerous construction projects ranging from small tenant improvement projects to large capital projects throughout her career.
Ms. Luby is an active member of Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a licensed real estate professional with the State of Texas and is a graduate of the Houston BOMA Leadership Lyceum program. Ms. Luby earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
