Kristina grew up in the real estate world. She is the fourth generation in her family to make real estate their career. From the age of 5, she knew she wanted to be in real estate. She looked forward to summers and after school when she could go work in her family’s office answering calls, talking with tenants, and renting apartments. As a young girl driving around looking at perspective apartment buildings for sale and watching my family analyze them for purchase, investment property is truly in her DNA. As she got older, she knew real estate was her true passion.
Kristina jumped right into a career in real estate with an emphasis on multi-family properties! However, she quickly realized why most people only specialize in one area of real estate. So, she now specializes in residential, residential income, and commercial properties throughout Southern California. She is not the typical agent who will tell you what you want to hear to get the deal done. She is 100% honest with her clients and tells them information that will benefit them for years to come! In doing so, she ends up making not only lifelong clients but also lifelong friends.
