As Vice President, Asset Management, Kristy is responsible for overseeing Holder Properties' portfolio of office and student housing assets to ensure implementation of the approved business plans and to maximize financial returns for the portfolio. Prior to joining Holder Properties, Kristy was with Charlotte based developer, Beacon Partners, leasing their office portfolio that included creative, mixed use office developments in the Southend submarket. She holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel, Housing and Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
