Kurt and Wendy are the co-owners and managers of Real Estate Places, a thriving real estate business they have built through years of dedication, expertise, and innovation. Licensed since 2002, they quickly gained success, selling over 300 homes by 2006. In 2008, they launched a coaching and training business, creating the REO Buyer Certification Course to help agents build expertise in specialized markets. By 2010, Kurt was managing a large brokerage, and both were actively involved with the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors (SRCAR), where Wendy served as a Board of Director. In 2015, they founded Propel Systems Inc., a consulting and training firm, and in 2016, they opened the Real Estate Resource Center, a collaborative space for brokers, agents, and affiliates. Over the years, they have sold hundreds of homes and managed thousands more, with Wendy personally selling over 450 homes. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Point Loma College (1994) and has been an active participant in professional associations, serving on the Board of Directors for both SRCAR and the California Association of Realtors, where she advocated for quality education to elevate professionalism in the industry. In 2011, a devastating home fire led Wendy to refocus her career, ultimately founding Propel Systems Inc. and Wendy Whitelaw Coaching, where she helps individuals and businesses thrive in real estate and beyond. Together, Kurt and Wendy continue to innovate, mentor, and inspire within the real estate community, offering a unique blend of leadership, expertise, and a passion for empowering others to succeed.
