Mr. Hartman is a Senior Managing Director and is responsible for securing and managing the development, acquisition and asset management of projects in the Southeast Region of the United States. He served on the Finance, Operations & Tenant Relations Committee. Since joining Hines in 1990, he has been involved in the development, financing, leasing and management of over 15 million square feet of office, retail and hospitality projects, and is actively pursuing new opportunities throughout the region.
Hartman received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
