As Senior Vice President within the Occupier Services Group in Pittsburgh, Kurt has focused on providing corporate clients with strategic facility planning and tenant representation services. Mr. Mrazik's educational and professional background enable him to focus on providing a highly-measured comprehensive strategic approach to guide clients through the multiple tiers of a real estate initiative.
Mr. Mrazik's consultative methodologies provide him the opportunity to uniquely lead local, regional and national firms from the inception of the client's business case, through the development of planning metrics, architectural programs, and project cost assumptions to generate qualitative criteria and occupancy cost models which enable the client to compare varying deal structures, develop capital expenditure budgets, and ultimately present a value proposition for project selection. As a tactical innovator, Kurt then carries the strategic direction through the transaction management phase, synthesizes the spatial requirements in the design phase and transitions the assignment to the project management group for implementation.
Recently, Kurt served as the West Penn Allegheny Health System in-house Transaction Manager, leading the development of new standardized processes and procedures, cost reduction programs, and real estate portfolio optimization strategies.
