Career Summary
Kurt began his career in the real estate industry in 1994, with Nashville based Radnor Homes, Inc. as a Project Manager. He came to Tennessee after successfully completing his bachelors degree in Construction Science from the School of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma. In the spring of 1996, Kurt joined general contractor D.F. Chase as a Construction Manager, working on million-dollar residential projects as well as several commercial office, industrial and institutional projects. In the fall of 1999 Kurt joined local entrepreneur Michael Schmerling as a Development Manager in the development of Mr. Schmerling''s personal investment portfolio. Kurt joined Grubb & Ellis|Centennial as an affiliate Broker and Project Manager in the Spring of 2001. Kurt''s experience, accountability, work ethic and commitment make him an asset to any client.
