Kurtis specializes in representing investors & occupiers in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial buildings in San Diego with a primary focus on Central County. These transactions include warehouses, cross dock facilities, trucking operations, storage yards, & manufacturing operations. Kurtis is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for his team and introducing the client to Colliers' capabilities from a local and national perspective. Kurtis's ability to mix passion, persistence, and patience throughout the transaction process has cemented trust and loyalty within his book of business. He has also taken a leadership role in the Colliers San Diego office through hosting the monthly Industrial meetings.
