Over his career he has been involved in well over $150M worth of Commercial and Investment Real Estate and has had the privilege of working with private and family business buyers, investor syndication groups as well as large land developers and institutional investors.
Kwesi brings a unique level experience and expertise to his clients. He actively owns investment property, has worked closely with large asset management companies and is a licensed Mortgage Agent. He personally owns property and has successfully raised investor capital to fund transactions for his personal purchases, syndicated purchases and client purchases.
